Clime Fund Management

Since April 2011, Rob Hardy Consulting has been advising Australia's top ranking Fund Manager on it's marketing. This has covered the full spectrum of it's marketing effort from digital (including social) and a redesign of the website, through to other offline media. Focus has been on improving the ROI, in a very numbers driven organization, and improved campaign analytics is also at the core of the changes still under way.
Educational Technologies
In January 2010 Rob Hardy Consulting was employed to work with Educational Technologies (a leading, Hong Kong based, developer and distributor of childrens educational products accross Asia Pacific) to develop a new web based business model to complement and enhance and it's existing door-to-door business model into the more advanced countires in the Asia Pacific region (specifically Australa and Japan)
The Teaching Company
In April 2010 The Teaching Company (a Virginia, USA based company) took on the services of Rob Hardy Consulting to advise it on it's entry into the Australian market. This invovled insight in to the market and specifically diffferences between the US/Europe and Australia, as well as recommendations on the best suppliers in each category requested, and introductions. A complete brief as to avoiding some key pitfalls was produced, and following a visit to Australia for a variety of meetings facilitated by RHCS, to meet with potential suppliers. A successful test of the market was executed in September 2010, and our services have once again been enlisted to look at new overseas markets in 2011.
Cengage Education
Since December 2009 Rob Hardy Consulting has been managing the marketing team and all marketing activities for Cengage Education, one of Australia's largest and longest established distance education providers. This has included all aspect of the marketing mix, and the addition of a number of new marketing channels, as well as liaison with all other departments within the organization.
GraysOnline
In March 2009, GraysOnline.com.au (Australia’s leading online auction house) employed RHCS services to develop a strategic marketing program for the expansion of its marketing activities. Initially this involved creation of a new TV marketing campaign for it’s Wine auctions. More important than the commercial creation itself was the analytics behind the campaign, and development of new marketing approaches going forward. Following the successful execution of the campaign, further promotional activities were rolled out.
Nortec IT
In April 2009, Nortec IT (an IT Managed Service provider and software/hardware re-seller) used RHCS services in order to assist in the development of a business plan for a new business venture, separate from it’s existing activities. This included financial modelling, development of a strategic marketing plan and the product offering.
Time Life
Rob Hardy was the Managing Director of Time Life (one of the worlds leading mail order entertainment companies) Asia Pacific and Time Life Europe for 10 years. The business in Australia grew more than 4 fold in the first 3 years that Rob was in charge, and that on a business that was already 30 years old at that stage. Rob no longer has any association with Time Life or it’s affiliated companies.
Smart Guys
In May 2009 The Smart Guys (an nationwide automotive repair company), chose Rob Hardy to assist with its plans to investigate and develop a new marketing strategy. This invovled the creation of business models, media/channel assessment, and new media promotion development.
Singularity Information Services
In March 2009, Singularity Information Services (an online education enrolment and marketing portal) used RHCS services in order to assist in the development of a marketing strategy for it’s new business. In addition to this, RHCS also provided advice on business funding and website development.
National Products Fulfilment
In April 2009, National Products Fulfilment (a fulfilment and operations outsourcing supplier) used RHCS services in order to assist in the development of a business plan for a new business venture. The process involves product development, financial modelling and development of a strategic marketing plan.
