In 2005 Rob Hardy and Time Life were featured in the Australia Post Priority Magazine regarding the business expansion using Australia Post services into Japan. The exercise was a good example of creating relationships with Japanese companies, and utilising local knowledge to make the business successful, while still dealing with home businesses which offer added comfort to the process.
